A few reminders of topics related to this week's discussion on white-collar crime, the U.S. Sentencing Commission, the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984 whereas they all are related by a type of crime, the mandatory sentencing guidelines, any adjustments or modifications made to adopt by the SRA (1984) as well as why, who, and where does organized criminal activities actually occur.

- Organized Crime Varieties: Based on the nature of crimes defined as 'organized' the circumstances vary and have the strong potential to surprise the audience in which eventually is made aware of persons, places, landmarks, entities, and age groups utilized to commit hate crimes (DeVry, 2017).
In the Workplace?
- At work professionals always cover all bases, and under the disguise of a business with great and trusted credibility comes organized crime. Sometimes the employees are the competitors of the corporation that actually hired them.
- Sports and Entertainment:
Located as the Never-Ending Billboard Featuring Quarterly Models in the size of the entire Figueroa St. and Olympic Blvd. corner of Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, United States of America which also feature an enormous photo of my kidnapped son during the Christmas after whites realized I would begin figure skating or speed skating at Christmas on Ice nearly 2-5 years ago. The hate crime was to scare me into the idea of [if i let the public, men, compassionate individuals, or anyone see me the 'negro' figure skating, especially with a Team USA authorized uniform on showing credibility then my kidnapped son from 2006 will get sodomized brutally every one time for every minute of my exposure of figure skating beauty or televised events. The modeling featured an enormous photograph sponsored by the Target Corporation (Ku Klux Klan: Pacific Branch) with his feet covered in fake snow, his hands in large mitten and his body in an over-sized snow jumper. The gesture followed by a real telephone call from the Louisiana Southern Branch of the Ku Klux Klan [where my lovely German White European father is located with many sisters] the following:
- His hands have been cut off
- My black step-brother has been hung because I received a 4.0 gpa in this DeVry University Justice Administration Class consecutively
- My kidnapped son's feet were sawed off with an electric saw, first his toes, then grinded and fed to him while being held hostage in the basement with many other missing family members of a Ku Klux Klan leader in Washington State where Microsoft Corporation's OWNER (100%) resides on Lake Sammamish, United States of America.
- Also, utilized a leather poodle whip after learning I breastfed my son for 12 month as well as his sister. The Ku Klux Klan of Southern Branch region begged to babysit my children and encouraged me to apply for a job and complete a military test in the State of Louisiana. Upon returning, as I walk quietly approached and entered and caught members of the Ku Klux Klan leather whipping my kidnapped son Jordan Ramesh Bhan. The motive was to teach him that he is an animal, but not just any kind of animal. A dog particularly. They conjugated Jordan with their poodle, then leather whipped him to torture him into walking on his hands and feet in the position of a dog, then utilizing his mouth to drink INFAMIL: canned infant milk (Jordan was 3 and no longer interested in milk), while standing like a dog drinking from the poodle's doggy pan.
- Jordan was traumatized, had been forced to perform oral conjugation on two very large heavy set adults under the influence of crack cocaine, and force-fed crack cocaine himself.
- Julian was force-fed crack cocaine by (my 17 year old) a black woman who is also a member of the Ku Klan Klan (whose mother is a blonde white american actively employed by the County Sheriff's Department). The black female was trusted by me and my neighbor, and I needed to get to an important meeting in 2000 in the State of Oregon and payed the babysitter $500 cash, plus allowed her (a mother of 3 or 4 kids) to walk into my home and grocery shop for over $600 in items my new fiance had given me as an engagement gift. Upon returning, as she held spite for feeling inferior to my social status, financial circumstances, and freedom as a mother, I noticed my son was sitting in Buddha position in slight coma. The coma was actually a crack coma, as the babysitter had force-fed my son Julian crack cocaine with 80% pure powder, then after noticing I was aware confessed and said "You should really pay more attention to what goes inside your son's body, cocaine kills" (ANGELA, 2000).
- I relocated across the street to the Seattle Intercontinental Airport in SeaTac Washington.
- Moved into Willow Lake Apartment, SeaTac and worked as a toddler teacher. Not sure of the time line exactly before or after each and other events.
- Again, pressure by the government was placed on me to appear at a University event as a public speaker (1999-2000) Hal Jackson's Talented Teens of Washington - A Corporation that was inherited to me during the summer of 2009, before relocating to Los Angeles, California.
- The Jackson corporation assisted in checking myself and my children into Motel 6 across the street from the SeaTac Airport.
- I was later placed under investigation by the FBI and arrested for 1 purpose: The Ku Klux Klan questioned me:
- "ARE YOU PREGNANT FOR MICHAEL JACKSON?" (Federal Bureau of Investigations, 20**).
- I was suffocated in a gas chamber for 30 days.
- I was starved.
- Then Pakistanis came to pay RANSOM MONEY to release me.
- The baby's father is the limousine driver of Michael Jackson, Barack Obama, and Beyonce Knowles, also the 1st cousin of the lover of Princess Dianna's relationship before her tragic car crash in the Mercedes Benz.
- The limousine driver told me very, very clearly: "SO...MICHAEL JACKSON OWES YOU $500 MILLION DOLLARS?" (Cameo Limousine Services, Orange Taxi, and Cameo of Chicago, 20**).
- The little girl is Pakistani and American. Her relatives are from Lahore, Jelume, Pakistan.
- Hospitals that violate HIPAA laws placing a breach on trust and privacy
- Welfare Offices utilizing social services information to prey on the male counterpart of women with children for extra cash
- Mental Health Departments have not so trustworthy and sometimes desperate employees including health care workers. Health care workers violate HIPAA privacy laws and breach of agreements to clientele daily sometimes just to earn a hamburger working the track of human trafficking from 10pm -2 am when not serving their clients as a psychiatrist.
In Elementary Schools:
- Children are the most vulnerable asset to adults that are target of hate crimes.
- Oliver published a piece on pedophilia utilized as a traditional form of payment for favors in Los Angeles County, stating
- "Hollywood has a history with pedophiles. Corrupt managers have used the promise of stardom to sexually abuse for years, all the way back to the days of Judy Garland. It is, in the words of one movie executive, “a time-honored tradition in this town.” (
- Hate crimes can initiate by simply brushing one's teeth and receiving a fresh breath compliment from coworkers
- Although the mental sickness and unhealthy disease of poor hygiene is a personal issue, some people have no way to focus on how to self-help themselves, but rather complain to any open ear that can attack innocent bystanders for brushing their teeth. Instead however, the real solution lies within oneself to simply stop working the track and making a fool oneself, invent 15 minutes of 'me' time to walk over to a 99 cent store and hand $1 + $1 to the cashier for two items: a toothbrush and toothpaste. Just this simple, yet the depressed angry hate-filled person will simply wander off to an enemy with resources to kill and murder, complain while having trafficking conjugation that someone made fun of his/her atrociously funky disgustingly inexcusable bacteria-filled sewage tank breath. So the trick can kill the person who (((never actually mocked or made fun of them))), but rejected a kiss to prevent the local sidewalk sewage outlet from entering one's throat at an old age.
Big Fish, Small Pond, An Ocean of Possibilities:
- Utilizing hedonic calculus (i.e., process of research and elimination to identify the source of ongoing terrorism upon one hate crime target) is simple to identify which group is consuming your resources, depleting your credibility, spreading blasphemy against you to VOID OUT CURRENT ADVANCEMENTS (every 5-7 years this must be done by hate groups to keep track of a target victims' NEW CONTACT LIST OF FRIENDS, RELATIONSHIPS, PURCHASED PROPERTY, NEW CREDIT SCORE WITH POSSIBILITIES OF HOME OWNERSHIP, NEW JOBS, NEW EARNED AND TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS THAT CAN SERVE AS 'EMERGENCY' CONTACT IN CASE OF UNEXPECTED ARRESTS, HOSPITALIZATIONS, INJURIES, EVICTIONS, LOSS OF JOB, AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT SYSTEMS TO PREVENT NERVOUS BREAKDOWNS, ETC.), and who is conjugating with your newest significant other.
- Depending on how the hate crime occurs, the timing, the pattern, the associated crimes needed to commit the same more dangerous crimes that yields better damages, the HATE CRIME GROUP IS THEN ABLE TO GET DETECTED.
- Once the group such as location, block, street, associations, etc. is locked-in, then MOTIVES CAN BE FOUND, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY MOTIVES BASED ON THE TYPE OF RESULTS SOUGHT EVERY TIME THE HATE CRIME IS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED.
- The results sought are calculated by HOW MANY TIMES THE EXACT SAME RESULT OCCURS, AND WHICH GROUP OR AUDIENCE LAUGHS AND ENCOURAGES THE FOSTERING OF THE HATE CRIME.
- Then, a list of enemies from the past can get associated to identify enemies in the EXACT PRESENT TIME.
- Once these folks are all put in a basket, then re-filtering utilizing the same PROCESS OF ELIMINATION leads to more POTENT ANSWERS.
- Once a SMALLER GROUP IS IDENTIFIED, THEN TESTING CAN COMMENCE TO MAKE THAT GROUP EVEN SMALLER.
- Once the even smaller group is IDENTIFIED AND *SECURED, then SAFELY CONDUCT TESTS AND EXAMINATIONS OF motivation TO HARM, level of EDUCATION, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST:
- The geographical ABILITIES OF THAT EVEN SMALLER GROUP.
- Learn their educational capabilities and whether their INTENT is VOLUNTARY or FORCED by a LARGER GROUP, and CHECK to see if they ARE UNDER PRESSURE, LIKE YOU OR HATE YOU, and test whether they would respond in YOUR FAVOR during an EMERGENCY. CONDUCT THIS TEST OF RELIABILITY TO YOUR FAVOR AT LEAST 187 TIMES OVER A PERIOD OF 1-20 YEARS.
- The CONCLUSION makes the CHOICE of what path to proceed toward.
Organized Crimes That Cannot Get Changed and Have No Solution:
- The Target Corporation and Target Brands, Inc. has made by statement and oath it's INTENT to comply fully with the government's warning of harm to buyers that although lead doesn't exist in the paint for inhalation of children and family to consume, that nearly 90% of the products you slave over and spend time purchasing voluntarily harms your ovaries, causes severe retardation, is higher in potency than inhalation, because int's recycled into plastics and food products such as Starbuck's Coffee who happily places their compliance warnings on the front door of every franchise location in existence killing Americans with toxic fumigation lead infused into the metal-tasting black coffee products, but oh well we must go one day...right?
