PROS AND CONS
OF SAFEGUARDING
MAXIMUM LEVEL OFFENDERS
Are the riots worth a bi-weekly paycheck?
Things you need to know before signing
your name on the dotted line for employment.
- (Seiter, 2010) admits many changes have occurred to the ongoing capture of 'criminals'
just like in the old days or centuries ago, however "everything has changed" to keep up
with the modern times, advancement in technology which makes education and knowledge
better for crooks and criminals, as well as the strength to 'fight' often, but overall with evolution
comes the revolution of styles of community supervision and architecture of prison structures.

- (Seiter, 2011) "And, quite frankly, old issues or programs reappear, sometimes with a different name or a different “spin.” Yet, often it is (as the saying goes) the same old car, just a new wax job" reiterates how the translation of slavery has many eye-catching phrases, definitions, and feelings of empowerment to compensate for the inferiority that devours one's identity just like in the old days way back when capturing slaves first became the breast of economic success in the cotton fields.

Applying For Prison Work
Getting up close and personal with prisoners is nothing new for myself and two babies.
Going inside the prison with my two babies, applying for the job and then allowing my
toddler to hold a conversation with a prison trustee was exciting for him at the young age
of only 3. My newborn daughter was excited as well at only a few months old and nursing.
The kids waited patiently and my son asked the trustee a few questions as the 'chain-gang'
passed by and we waited next to them and their shovels during their outdoors work. Other
persons were applying for jobs as well and telling us wild stories of their background history
and hobbies (i.e., gun laws, 4-wheeling fun, and his other hobbies, etc.). My daughter was in
her removable carseat and got a chance to enjoy the sunshine next to the shoveling prisoners
as I utilized the advantage to see a bit more of the plantation. My grandfather was a County Sheriff
in that same location and I felt right at home. The prisoners were well behaved, and the staff were
calm as well as the happy candidates for their new job potential or training.
