Hi Professor,

Genes to determine intellectual disability have no correlation to solving the crime of rape statutory or not. Criminality is a system of researching an aspect of comprehending why different roles of persons function a certain way. Determining an offenders gene heredity only established the lack of comprehension related to inherited patterns of mental disabilities, not the relativity to violating another person in non-consensual conjugation.
The easier way to determine rape without wasting tax payer resources to bring attention to useless investigation for receiving unnecessarily shelled out bonus cash for a 25 year investigation is to do the following:
Bring into the court a police officer to say two statements:
1. Was there an underage person violated under penal code....(statutory rape code)
2. Does the alleged drive a vehicle at his age whether carrying certain genes or not?
3. Is the vehicle driver of legal age or not according to North American laws?

----------
Then conduct a polygraph test.
