    Yes. Let me elaborate on your gesture. In clarity, from your perspective I agree the citation reference that accompanied my quoted material with a summarized example that had absolutely nothing sexual involved, could get misinterpreted which is also the reason prisons overcrowded: my point exactly.

    Prisons are overcrowded due to the lack of accuracy in the traveling of information from person to person.

    I am a legal health care provide and have been for quite some time. There is absolutely nothing "sexual" about what I said in the post just to make it very, very clear. There is nothing sexual about my thoughts or my spirit. I have encountered many hate crimes that target me as just another slave number to get me out the way after using up all my resource leaving me with nothing in return but victimization.

    I believe that having fear to express the epitome of a discussion topic that proves a point for the discussion is another form of enslavement and stealing resources to be a slave forever without ever changing anything.

    Thanks for the enlightenment that my voice means nothing in 1979, meant nothing in 2006, means nothing now in 2017, and will continue to be silent and void meaning nothing forever until my death. Thanks so much for your expertise in judging properly quoted material with professional citation, and demeaning everything I stand for by supporting the hate crime groups which continue to murder me slowly everyday.

Apparently, the United States isn't this place I'm describing.

I agree Professor that although the idea of reentry is a great one, depending on the level of monitoring required for prisoners released back into society the vast options aren't necessarily considered as an actual downfall or 'relapse' for those who are in need of positive and frequent reinforcement. Just house arrest with complete freedom doesn't protect the offender from offending and re-entering the prison system shortly thereafter before completing the initial community-centered program first.
